The Golden Sheaf Gallery, Narberth.

Being involved with the original Golden Sheaf Gallery branding it was lovely to add to the brand identity with a traditional, exterior hanging sign and A-board. The old gold and rich chocolate brown are an endorsement to the brand look and feel of the brand identity. The traditional sign layout creates an easily identifiable town landmark,complementing the original carved and gilded corn sheaf situated above their ever open door.

The well established ‘Fabric House’ in the High Street is undergoing a fresh, new re-brand starting with the change of name and exterior signage. A simple typeface is used for six the high street and, with the use of a warm slate grey and off white palette it underpins the clean font of the new the branding . The contemporary signs sit well against the traditional stone building and is a positive branding for a business that is now far more than a fabric shop. We are in the process of designing and building a bespoke, branded, ecommerce web site which will enable visitors to keep on shopping throughout the year.

Coastal Galleries, Narberth.

The second of three Coastal Galleries is situated in Narberth,west Wales. We have been involved with all three since their launches. Coastal Galleries’, Narberth exterior ’sail’ style banner sign is one of classic with a contemporary twist. The simple line drawing of the boat logo is used as a stand alone mark throughout the three Galleries, aswell as being used alongside the bespoke Coastal Gallery font. The brand colours were based on the first Gallery in Saundersfoot. The branding of Coastal Galleries is a great success story and has helped the clients develop a loyal following of customers.

Further along our coast sits sunny Tenby working with a salon stylist whose favourite colour is orange! This refresh to her brand is aimed to reflect the contemporary studio refit. The brand is clean and sharp. The ‘J’ is the stand alone brand mark with the secondary font being selected for it’s legibility and contemporary style. Used as a brand ‘icon’ in the interior of the salon wall, the ‘J’ is an ever constant reminder of the brand to all her clients.
Result - one happy client who’s salon definitely stands out from the crowd !

Prize day at The Royal Welsh Show got off to a fantastic start for Monddi Design Agency’s clients with Bethesda Butter, Lovespoon ice cream and Sancler smooth cheeses bringing home a plethora of golds, silvers and bronzes to west Wales. It’s great to see this part of Wales becoming such a centre for great quality food !

Abaca Beds Logo Design

Due to the success of Abaca Organic Mattresses, Abaca are now promoting their range of bespoke handmade wooden beds.
‘Brecon’, ‘Radnor’, ‘Tenby’ and ‘Pembroke’ are a range of beautifully crafted hand built beds made in Wales by Abaca.
Each bed is handmade to order, guaranteed for 10 years, comes in all standard sizes (and bespoke sizes if required) and are made from FSC hardwoods.

To launch the promotion of Abaca Beds, Monddi Design Agency re-interpretted the existing Abaca brand to develop a new logo for Abaca beds that uses a warm copper tone within a textured leaf to accompany the Abaca brand.

Monddi Design Agency have taken the brand identity through to the design of the new dedicated ‘beds’ section of the website, integrating the new branding and colour scheme into the design and rebuild of the new beds section of the website.

With food stalls, chef demonstrations, talks and entertainment for all ages, Narberth food festival promises to pull in the crowds of visitors from across the country who are ‘following the tasty trail to Narberth’.
Monddi Design Agency have designed and printed this year’s festival posters and flyers which are printed on recycled paper.

Firstly we have the Earth Science banners we produced for Pembrokeshire Earth Science for Schools Trust (PESST) which is aimed at sixth form students attending Pembroke School and Tasker Milward School Haverfordwest. The design incorporates a new Trust logo mark and 15 degree design scheme both designed by Monddi.

Following the success of the banners - smaller poster sizes were produced and printed by Dimond Press and the Monddi Team went onto to design the course brochure for AS/A2 Level Geology students to be used by both participating schools.

This year is a big year for the Friends of Narberth Museum who celebrate the museum’s 21st birthday. They’ve challenged themselves to raise at least £2010.00 in funds to go towards their restoration programme - Monddi was asked to design a striking square invitation titled ‘Challenge 2010′

Greenlinks asked Monddi to design and produce and interpretation panel to be positioned at Cuckoo Woods, Pembroke. The panel includes useful facts and information regarding the trees, flowers and wildlife within the woodland area.

Tenby Museum recently enhanced its entrance with a dramatic circle concept designed by Monddi to bring attention to the admission to the museum exhibits by defining the area where the shop meets the museum - keeping the area accessible and without causing an obstruction. The images below show befoe and after the make-over.

Alongside the new entrance graphic a new display board was designed and produced by Monddi to provide a detailed history of how the museum was established and and later became the Tenby Museum and Art Gallery we know today.

Monddi Design Agency were delighted to design the new branding for Black Sheep Restaurant for their opening in Haverfordwest’s Shire Hall. Monddi designed the new logo design which reflected the client’s brief to appeal to customers who appreciate hearty wholesome food, locally sourced. Monddi Design Agency also designed and built the Black Sheep website which supports the brand through its colours and clean styling layout as well as the Christmas menu which has been designed to promote the brand with a subtle seasonal flavour.
